1. We are a listing platform, not the organiser

Clinicologist, operated by White Thread Doctors Solution Pvt. Ltd., only lists medical conferences, CMEs, workshops, webinars and similar events (“Events”) to help healthcare professionals discover them. Unless an Event page clearly says “Organised by Clinicologist”, we are not the organiser, host, sponsor or accrediting body of any Event, and we do not own or control its content.

2. Organisers are responsible for their Events

Each Event is the sole responsibility of its organiser, association or institution (the “Organiser”). This includes its details, conduct, quality, safety, faculty, programme, fees, registration, payments, refunds, cancellations, postponements, certificates and CME / CPD credits. Any issue, complaint or claim about an Event must be taken up directly with the Organiser. White Thread Doctors Solution Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible or liable for it.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

• Event information comes from Organisers or their public announcements and can change at any time without notice to us. We do not independently verify it and we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current.
• Dates, venues, fees, deadlines, faculty, CME / CPD credit hours and accreditation can change or be withdrawn.
• Status labels such as “Closes in 3 days”, “Happening now” and “Registration closed” are worked out automatically and may be wrong.
• Always confirm every detail on the Organiser’s official website before you register, pay, take leave or make travel and accommodation plans.

4. No endorsement

Listing an Event, Organiser, speaker or sponsor does not mean we endorse, recommend, verify or guarantee them, or the quality or recognition of any Event or credit.

5. Sponsored, featured and promotional content

Some listings, banners and placements, such as “Featured” or “Premium”, and some messages we send may be paid for, sponsored or promotional. Their position and highlighting do not reflect any judgement of quality. We are not responsible for advertisers’ or sponsors’ products, services, claims or websites.

6. Registration, payments and refunds

We do not take registrations or collect any money for Events. “Register” and similar buttons open the Organiser’s website or a third-party platform. Any payment, refund, receipt or invoice is solely between you and that Organiser or platform.

7. Third-party links

Links to Organiser websites, registration platforms, maps and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, availability, terms or privacy practices.

8. Not medical or professional advice

Nothing on Clinicologist, or in any Event listed on it, is medical, clinical, legal or other professional advice from us. Use your own professional judgement.

9. Names, logos and trademarks

Event names, logos, posters, association names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the Event. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners. If you are a rights holder and want something changed or removed, write to contact@clinicologist.com.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Thread Doctors Solution Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or inconvenience, direct or indirect, arising from your reliance on any listing, from any Event or Organiser, or from your use of third-party sites. 11. Corrections and takedowns

If you spot an error, or you are an Organiser who wants a listing corrected or removed, write to contact@clinicologist.com with the Event link and details. We will review it and act as we consider appropriate.
