Regional Chapter of Anatomy (Maharashtra)

Regional Chapter of Anatomy is an association of teachers of Human Anatomy comprising of members of Faculty of Anatomy of Medical colleges and allied health sciences. Regional Chapter of Anatomy was started in the year 2013 under the guidance of Dr. Pravin H. Shingare, Director of Medical Education and Research Govt. of Maharashtra, Mumbai and Senior academicians in the field of anatomy, Dr. G. B. Rairam, Dr. B. N.Umarji and Dr. B. R. Zambre. Primary goal of the chapter is to provide a platform for academic and professional growth. Journal of research papers in the field of anatomy and allied subjects will be published in Official publication of the chapter.

Conference:8th MAHACON

MAHACON 8, the 8th State Conference of the Regional Chapter of Anatomy (Maharashtra), will be held on 20–21 February 2026 in Nashik, hosted by the Department of Anatomy, Dr. Vasantrao Pawar Medical College. With the theme “Modern Aspects of Anatomy,” the conference aims to explore advancements in anatomical science and education through keynote lectures, scientific sessions, workshops, and interactive academic exchanges among faculty and students across the state.
